Then, we build and implement a machine translation prototype called AMTS to translate from Arabic to Malay based on rule based approach. Based on this analysis, we identify the transfer bilingual rules form source language to target language so that the translation of source language to target language can be performed by computers successfully. First, we analyze the adjective role in the Arabic and Malay languages. The main aim of this study is to design and develop Arabic-Malay machine translation model. The problem of this research is the syntactic and morphological differences between Arabic and Malay adjective sentences. This study concentrates on the translation of Arabic text to its equivalent in Malay language. Furthermore, it would increase the usability of international websites.Īrabic machine translation has been taking place in machine translation projects in recent years. The contribution of study can be applied regardless of different domain and cultural background. The selection of e-learning websites is justified as it has audiences of various cultural background. In this study, e-learning websites are chosen as a case study. Thus, the main idea of this article is to represent the methodology to propose e-learning website internationalization model that would guide developer to design better interfaces intended for international audiences. No doubt, such condition would hinder the acceptance level and reduces the users' satisfaction towards these international e-learning websites. Furthermore, the guidelines of e-learning website internationalization are still vague. Normally, e-learning website developer has a tendency to cultivate their cultural background while designing e-learning website interface without realizing it. However, e-learning website internationalization concept failed due to the cultural presence in the website's interface design. This matter triggers the emergence of e-learning website internationalization concept to accommodate the needs of users from the various cultural background.
